Christopher Williston is the President and CEO of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, the largest state association dedicated exclusively to community bank advocacy. Prior to leading IBAT, Williston served the association for nine years in numerous roles, including Chief Operations Officer, and held the position of Director of Communications at the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Texas.
Kelsey Landau, Principal at Alloy Labs
Kelsey manages the Alloy Alchemist Fund active portfolio of investments in fintech and related companies. She also tracks and monitors relevant fintech companies for potential investment and partnership opportunities for Alloy Labs members in our Concept Lab. Before joining Alloy Labs, she was an Investment Banking Associate at Citigroup Global Markets, where she led day-to-day transaction coverage, including ratings analytics, investor outreach, relationship management, and syndicate coordination. Kelsey graduated cum laude with a BS in business administration from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, and she holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
Tony Scavuzzo, Managing Principal of Castle Creek
Tony Scavuzzo, CFA is a Managing Principal and joined Castle Creek® in 2009. He sits on the Investment Committee for the Castle Creek funds and works with the board of directors at several portfolio companies including Pathfinder Bancorp (NASDAQ: PBHC), McGregor Bancshares, Central Payments LLC, and Third Coast Bancshares (TCBX). Previous board experience includes over a dozen other companies. He also serves on various board committees regarding governance, compensation, risk, and asset/liability management. He is also a member of the Investment Committee for Castle Creek Launchpad Fund I, a venture capital fund focused on the intersection of Fintech and Community Banking.
Justin Fischer, CEO and Co-Founder of RiskScout
Justin Fischer has over 20 years of financial technology experience, with a heavy focus on community financial institutions and user experience. Before RiskScout, Justin was the founder and principal consultant of Launchy Consulting, which provided MSB and scale consulting to start-ups and financial institutions around the country. Launchy also worked with VC and PE groups for buy-side reviews of emerging technology companies.
